TP-01 · Altitude calibration verification
1. Dial the altitude chamber (0–5000 m). 2. Place the DUT on the stand (G) and close the door. 3. Confirm the raw under-read on its screen and the chamber monitor. 4. In the DUT’s portal → Calibration, set the SAME altitude. 5. Verify recovery to the zone value. Physics: NDIR reads ∝ CO₂ partial pressure; P/P₀ = exp(−h/8434).

TP-02 · Thermal soak
1. Dial hot (35–100°C) or cold (−40–+10°C). 2. Place the DUT; watch the gauge track the setpoint. 3. Note behaviour beyond the SCD41 spec window (−10..60°C) — outside it you characterize failure, not accuracy. 4. Check the PSU monitor upstairs: supply sag corrupts readings.

TP-03 · Humidity exposure
1. Dial 40–98% RH. 2. Place the DUT; the cell is specified NON-CONDENSING. 3. Approach saturation and watch for drift; on removal to warm air, allow re-equilibration before judging accuracy.

TP-04 · PPM reference comparison (Cal Lab)
1. Dial the CO₂ tank target (420–5000 ppm; 0.1% vol = 1000 ppm). 2. Place the DUT on the Cal Lab stand. 3. Let the tank fill; compare DUT vs the wall REFERENCE meter as both settle. 4. Record the run at the workstation recorder and export the CSV.

This is a simulator for the KnowCO₂ monitor — a walkable demonstration of the device and how to operate it.
