Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your KnowCO₂ purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may return hardware within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping fees. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and include all accessories.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@knowco2.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide an RMA number and return shipping instructions.
3. Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

Non‑returnable Items

Subscription fees and digital products are non‑refundable once accessed. Returned devices with signs of misuse, damage or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee.
