Limited Warranty

KnowCO₂ warrants that your device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the sensor, electronics and enclosure when used according to the user guide.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, exposure to extreme conditions, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact support@knowco2.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request return of the device for inspection. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the device at no charge.

Limitations

Except as provided above, KnowCO₂ disclaims all other warranties, express or implied. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.
