Use of Devices & Services

KnowCO₂ devices are designed for indoor air quality monitoring. They are not certified for medical diagnostics or safety-critical applications. You agree to use the devices responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.

Account & Data

When you create a KnowCO₂ Cloud account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. We collect and store sensor data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data.

Warranty & Liability

Our products are covered by a limited warranty described on the Warranty page. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KnowCO₂ is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
